Refund policy

At Smartgraby, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be:
Unused and in original condition
Packed in original packaging
With all accessories/manuals included
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Damaged products caused by misuse
Used or physically damaged items
Products without original packaging
Customized or clearance sale items
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear photos/videos of the product and package
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days (may vary bank processing time).
Amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:
Return approval is subject to verification.
Refunds for COD orders will be transferred to your bank account or UPI.
